Merideth is deeply passionate about the art of bodywork and the transformative power of healing touch. She provides full presence, closely attuning to your body’s guidance, and listening and responding with utmost presence and care.

Within massage school in 2017, Merideth explored a variety of modalities, weaving them into her unique approach to healing. Her journey led her to the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to Thailand, where she immersed herself in the ancient practice of Thai massage and specialized in this modality specifically for 4 years. Since then, Merideth has been working in retreat centers worldwide, integrating plant medicine journeys into her bodywork practice and supporting with post-ceremony integration work.

Honoring the interconnectedness of the physical, energetic, emotional, and spiritual bodies, Merideth intuitively crafts each session to support holistic healing. She creates experiences that not only restore physical well-being but also rebalance and ground the energy, helping individuals reconnect with their true selves. Drawing from her own path of restoration, Merideth brings a nurturing presence to her work, offering a safe space for deep healing and alignment on all levels.
